The shipping was insanely fast, I live in Texas and got it within 2 days. I chose the Chipboard top and it is extremely high quality and feels incredibly durable. It was actually fun putting it together, even!
This is my 2nd Flexispot desk purchase and I don&t see myself ever changing brands.

Up/down doesn’t work great

It looks nice but everytime I move it up or down for more than a second it stops and goes back the opposite direction. Only way it works is to do short bursts pressing the arrow keys. Less than .5-.7 in change to prevent this from happening. Very frustrating.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you encountered.
To resolve the issue with your desk, Kindly follow the steps for the reset below.
1st: make sure all the wires are connected properly and the green light on the adapter is on.
2nd: Press and Hold the up and down buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. then, release.
3rd: Press and hold the down button only for 15 seconds or until the desk goes down completely and raises slightly.
Then, Test if the up button is working. I hope this helps. but, If not kindly send us a short video of you doing the instruction above. this will help us identify the problem and find a suitable resolution.

The set up instructions were more confusing than necessary, but it&s all worth it once the desk is set up. The desk is super durable and has a sleek minimalist look which compliments my office space perfectly. Thanks!

Not sturdy, too many unusable screw holes.

I wouldn’t recommend Flexispot. The tabletop was missing screw holes to connect the box that controls up/down. I screwed only one screw in and it’s somewhat stable for now. I’ll have to either drill a hole or get some really strong glue to keep it in place. There’s also a massive amount of screw holes elsewhere underneath and it looks awful. Additionally the table is not stable or sturdy. It sways if you put a little weight on it so you can’t really rest your arms on it when typing.

I ordered the Standing Desk under the impression that there would be a desktop included as per the picture provided. However, there is no desktop. How do I remedy this?
