Happy with my Essential Standing Desk (E2) so far!

My desk was relatively easy to put together and is working great so far! Some of the instructions were a little hard to follow & some pre-drilled holes were missing, but I was eventually able to figure it out and drill the holes I needed. For the price point, it&s a great desk!

One of the crossbeam bolts

One of the crossbeam bolts had stripped threads to screw into. I will have to get a longer bolt and nut to replace it requiring taking it apart.

This Standing Desk was a great investment. Easy to follow instructions, and when I plugged it in after the build...SUCCESS!
I would absolutely recommend this desk to anyone looking for a superior quality and great looking Standing Desk!
(The box that the desk surface came in was very roughed up - several large tears and punctures through the cardboard 4-5" wide that I could easily see the desk inside but luckily no damage to the surface of the desk).

Essential Standing desk

It’s a nice desk but i noticed that after a week of using, when i press and hold down the control buttons to go up and down, it sometimes goes back up or back down on its own. For example if I’m pressing and holding the up button the desk will go up and then all of a sudden go down. I’m not sure what the issue is, but overall i like the desk.

Good desk, but required me drilling to assemble

The standing desk functions well now that it&s put together. However, I assumed that I could easily assemble it all without any external tools. This was not the case. The bamboo tabletop that it came with did not have the right holes drilled for the frame and for the keypad. I contacted Flexispot and they said I should drill it myself, so I needed to measure and get a drill (which I didn&t own) to put holes in the right place.

Great desk! Practical and relatively easy build.

This is a great desk! The build was pretty straightforward, though I would recommend having another person to help because the pieces can be pretty heavy, and it helps especially when adjusting the width of the legs. The mechanics are super smooth, and I love the maple desktop with white legs.
