Good small recliner

The chair comes in a medium sized box that weights 80+ lbs.It was delivered to my front door. I was able to remove the top piece of the cardboard container.I removed the seat back which is not attached to the chair from the carton. I was able to slide the carton into the house and close to the area it was going to be placed. I removed the chair from the carton by cutting the carton carefully so as not to cut the chair upholstery. The carton protected the chair from any damage. The electric cords, chair controller and assembly instructions are packed under the chair and you must turn the chair on its side to remove the box. The cords are easy to connect. After the cords are connected you have to slide the two brackets on the chair back into the two metal back arms in the back of the chair and push the chair back down to fully engage with metal back arms. Plug in the power cord and the chair is ready to use. The chair is listed as being on roller which it does not have.I am able to move the chair on carpet. The chair is small and is for my wife who is 5' 6". This is not a large oversized recliner but is works well and looks good. It is a good value.

Great for elderly dad

Chair arrived in large box but easy to assemble. Dad is in nursing home and needs a little help when getting up out of normal chairs. Simple to operate and keep clean. The chair is narrow but of small overall PERFECT scale for nursing home room. We are so far very pleased

Easy to operate

My Mom is in her 90's and suffers from dementia. She finds this chair to be very comfortable. The most important feature is the remote. It has 2 buttons - up and down! It's not at all confusing, and she can operate it by herself. This is invaluable to a caregiver wearing a pager, who had to go running every time she wanted to change the position of her old chair. Another plus - the fabric is very easy to clean.

Purchased this chair for my father for Christmas. He has a bad back and is in constant pain. We gave the chair to him early & he loves it! Delivery was Quick and it was so easy to put together!! I¡¯m hoping it lasts a long time!

I am not satisfied with how I received my package the merchandise was not completely packaged in the box and the way the company delivered my package was wet and damaged. they left my package on my porch in the rain not to mention this was an electrical lift chair I'm so disappointed if I had gotten home a little bit later the whole box would have been completely ruined. I would do more business with them long as its not raining and thank god my chai works and I didn't get shocked when i plugged it up
