I broke an accessory and had a hard time describing it to the young man in you customer service department. He not only knew what I was talking about but told me what to do to prevent breakage in the future. He was knowledgeable and very polite. If this phone call had not been a solution for me, I planned to change products. Thank you

I bought this in fall of 2009 while undergoing radiation treatment for head and neck cancer. It enabled me to get all the nutrition necessary and, to this day in 2016, I still use it daily for my healthy shakes and it still is my go to appliance. Yep, cancer free and I am still loving my magic bullet. Had to write this review because it continues to be my life saver!

LOVE IT!

I've had my Magic Bullet for two years now and I use it for anything I possibly can! It's great. It's even compact enough to take to parties and make margaritas with. The only issue that I have found is that sometimes it doesn't always blend/chop up things at the top of the canister, but a bit of a shake fixes that issue.
I highly recommend this product. 10/10

Great customer service. Friendly and really informative about not filling up the bullet all the way and pulsing and not having it run more than one minute... Letting it cool down.
