Never used ice or anything hard. just strawberries bananas and yogurt and the rubber part of the blade ground down to nothing after only 6 times being used. BOTH OF THEM!! I'm bummed.

This is my second Magic Bullet. I discarded the original one when the gear stripped on the motor.. Only to find out replacement parts were available to fix it. The new version comes with a bunch of useless caps for the cups. The one useful cap with a hole for a straw and the rigid straw are no longer included. Instead a sippy lid comes in its place.. I prefer the straw..

I once had one for many many years ago and it broke on me so I when and bought a new one and it broke in less then a week, NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY your product.

This was a gift over 2 years ago which was occasionally used to make mostly protein shakes after workout and smoothies and some breakfast meals. The base stopped working first shortly after being bought and after very few uses. So I contacted my provider whose response was that I couldn't get the base sold separately / only. After improvising for about 8 months with an older version suddenly the blades wont spin anymore and the lid would open by the fast rotation of the base and spill the contents all over the base without even "blending" it = A MESS. It worked very well for a while until one thing went wrong and then another and God only knows whats next.
