Make my daily smoothie, a few weaknesses

I have used this product for the past 4-5 years and love that I can make a daily smoothie and get out the door on time. Also use it to chop or blend for recipes. So easy to use and clean. Biggest flaw is the tiny plastic tabs breaking off, PLEASE fix that. You can still use the blender by pushing a skewer in to activate motor but that isn't ideal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth it

I've had this system for about one year. Even though the cups are supposed to be dishwasher safe, they are not. I always wash them on the top rack and they have become completely cloudy. While this was disappointing, I could live with it. When the tabs on one of the cups broke off I was really annoyed. The tabs are necessary for starting the machine! I do not recommend this system. Spend your money on something of better quality.

Replacement cup options please

Love the product but need to order new tall cups and have no option but to order a combo pack. More small cups that I don't use :( It would be nice to be able to order just the tall cups. Most aftermarket products have bad reviews so it would be nice to have factory option.

I bought this about two months ago and basically wasted my money. The blender does NOT make smoothies well at all. First I tried crushed ice and the blade couldn't handle that then I just went to frozen fruit I let the fruit set out for a little bit to thaw and the blade still had a lot of trouble trying to blend the fruit. Needless to say the blade is not sharp or tough enough. Do not waste your money.

Horrible product, does not last!

This is one of the worst products I have ever bought. I purchased the first one on Black Friday of 2016 and within 2 days, the black rubber seal that is attached to the piece with the blades came off. This was after one use and being hand washed. That should have told me right there to stay away from this product. I took it back to the store and exchanged it. Well here it is about 4 months later and it happened again. The rubber seal came off and now it will not work properly. Save your money and buy a better product!!

lots of cups

Plastic parts inside engine always got lost and the engine blew, got the newer version that only had to cups and one tall mixer, engine very iffy, half the time it wouldn't work and now not at all waste of my money. As a sports nutritionist and health instructor I will never recommend this, quite a shame

I don't know if it's the blades or what it is. But it does not seem to blend/chop very well at all. Items just stick to the container and do not move down towards the blades. Have to keep shaking it to get the items to move down towards the blades. Would never recommend to anyone.
