The Magic Got Lost, Poor Blades

Very disappointed in the newer version (bought in autumn, 2017). We had one previously (purchased 2-3 years prior to 2017), and it worked really well. It chopped up all ingredients (frozen fruit, soft veggies) very quickly into a smooth drink. Unfortunately, one time I had too many ingredients relative to the amount of liquid. Be careful about this, or you will burn it up and damage the rubber teeth, like I did. Anyway, so we bought a new one in 2017. This one does not chop up the frozen strawberries and frozen bananas - nor baby carrots. You have to run it forever to get them blended (actually, mine never get blended), and by then the rest of the smoothie is watery. When I blend for a shorter time to the thicker consistency I prefer, full flavor is not there, and I'm left with fruit chunks at the bottom of the drink. The old blades used to have sharp edges. The new ones have dull, rounded edges (probably some safety thing), and what good is a tool if it doesn't do the job? I tried to get my money back, but I'm outside the 30 day warranty (some guarantee, just 30 days, I hadn't used enough in the first 30 days to realize the problem). Time to dump this and shop for a different brand that actually blends.

Can’t get lid off

I received this as a gift because I have a bad heart and this was to make healthy shakes. For some reason I put stuff in put lid on not tight and when completed me or my 24 year old son can’t get lid off. Now I have no more healthy shakes. I also tried hitting contact and said page not found.

Love it but I have a major problem

I've had my magic bullet mini for 1 year now and I absolutely love it. However the tall cup started leaking from the base and I can't find a replacement anywhere. Help If I could buy a replacement I'd be very happy!

Faulty product - leaking issues

I have bought two magic bullets already which have some leaking issues. I'm not sure if I will buy this product again. I found out that the water leak comes from the motor base with the blade attached to it. After using it, the water leak looks so black and smells like a burned rubber and metal. I stopped using the magic bullet as I'm worried that this may contaminate the food inside that pose serious health risk instead. The manufacturer must resolve this important issue as this constitute some technical flaws that comes with the design of this product.

Moter Died!

I have only used my Bullet a few times. I loved it at first, it blends well. But, then I begin having problems with it starting, It would stall and then work. Bad smell from the moter. Now, it does not work at all. I will never buy a bullet again. Beware all interested buyers! It does not last long.

Great Product

I bought one thing this year that I love and this is it...... Very simple to use and clean and I use the travel mugs all the time. I make smoothies mostly but will use to make other things when I have time.
It is small, very handy and takes up virtually no space on the counter. Love love love it.
