Loved the idea.

Bought used one at yard sale. Had some issues with it leaking. Tried a brand new one. It blends great. It threw cilantro, milk and mashed potatoes all over my kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

terrible design down blends

Ive had this blender for some time. upside down blender that if it leaks sends leakage into motor . Gasket gets food under lid which will get moldy when you take out and clean will not go back in lid . Pressure switches gum up making it very hard to turn on .Wimpy motor smells and smokes when loaded. Who would design a blender that when gasket leaks would push leakage into motor ? Today I had it after spending 15 minutes trying to get sealed threw in garbage where it belongs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought one of these the first time i used it didnt chop up ice then the 2nd time i tried to make a smoothie with frozen fresh fruit n milk it wouldnt even mix it up such a waste of money!!!

My family and I have been using this blender to blending things of course. But one day we were blending a banana mango and orange juice smoothie and then it started making weird noises and grinding the plastic to dust. It was making a weird smell too. Now we can't use it anymore it was a good blender until it broke. :[

Have owned magic bullet for years, and have given some as gifts. Really only use it for shakes, I find it difficult to make salsa etc. However, I Love it, except for one thing. Sometimes the cup - can tip ( rounded bottom and only 4 little legs). After all these years- it would be nice if the company created a flat bottom for more stability. Just a thought. Thanks
