Easy Cleaning

The main reason to buy it is the easy cleaning. I bought many other brands before, but too many parts need cleaning. But on the other side, the containers are too small even for one person, I wish they are little bigger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dont buy. After a year, complete disappointment

In the beginning I thought things were great,
but after a few months I noticed disgusting black motor oil on the bottom.
It's been a year of using it, and the motor oil that comes out of the back of the blender is not just a few drops...
Also, I tested if it would affect the content inside the cup, so I filled it 1/3 full of water, and blended, and saw lots of small white/light brown flakes. No idea what they are.
Really grossed out thinking how many small flakes I've ingested.

Broken main engine part

I bought this product today from 6075 mavis road Mississuga. When I open the box at home the main top part of torque motor lid was broke. I can’t use any of the accessories on top of torque engine part. It’s now a hassle for me to drive back to 30km and return the product. I am wondering they don’t inspect the product before packing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had magic bullet for years and years. It finally broke so ofcourse I went to buy another magic bullet. Not only is the look different, the quality/manufacturing of this “new” bullet is so disappointing. The machine runs very noisy and doesn’t sound like it’ll make it through blending the most basic of ingredients. The blade is squat and doesn’t chop up as nicely as the last model. I don’t know why in the world I chucked the last blade:(
