it's almost perfect for my use cases

I mainly use it for smoothies and small chopping jobs. For these use cases, they are perfect. For the price, this bundle is pretty cheap and yet versatile. Love it!

I absolutely love this blender... a real addition to my morning routine... smoothies are quick and easy to prepare and the Bullet is super easy to clean and ready for your next beverage.

Poor Quality Product - Don't buy!

Stopped working in 10 days after purchase. If a product can't last, then there is no value in it. Save yourself the time and money and get a better blender.

The negative reviews is because you are not suppose to use the blender for more than 1 minute or the motor heats up and can melt the plastic casings holding the blades and burn the motors. And for blenders. PUT water or drink and do not overfill pass the maximum to blend the fruits. The most important is put water so the blending can float the blended up and should blend smoothly in less than 30 seconds. Repeat do not keep the motor for mor than 1 minute MAX and if no water do not fill can pass the max level or put water or fruit juice to blend quickly. like any product read the instructions. and the instruction manual should have instructions of using the product for the few who don't know how t o use the product. Only problem was the 'safety' sticker that was on the blades as I had to using knife to remove the glue residue. The safety sticker was not necessary to put in the metal sharp blades. At $40 is great value for something I plan to use everyda and should have bought earlier. its a small size as the large ones were taking up too much space on the kitchen. with glass and large cup. The cups with lids are very handy and for portable use. overall a great product and very useful.

Thanks Best Buy for selling me junk. This magic bullet is not compatible with older cups. They made the blade base slightly bigger so it only fits the new cups it came with.
Burning electrical smell with use from the base motor. The blade base leaks which is annoying and fun at the same time because I couldn’t picture myself soenin
