I contacted the company for a part replacement for an older version of Magic Bullet. They were gracious, helpful, and I am pleased the replacement part will be arriving soon. The product has always preformed well as advertised and expect that will continue.

We bought the Magic Bullet Black version that has been a great unit that comes with an ice chopping blade. We use this daily and had wore the blade set out and called CS to order a new one. It was very reasonably priced and look forward to receiving it soon.

Uses it once so far. Worked great making a shake. Only complaint is that there is no way to store everything conveniently, wish there was something to put all the pieces in.

I've had this blender for 6+ years I use it several times weekly. More often than not, it's for smoothies. But it has done a great job on making salsa & guacamole. I love it. It's just so easy to use and clean. It doesn't take up much space in my kitchen either. Great machine!
