Simple Reorder

The hard rubber gear on our MB wore out. Was replaced with new entire base unit. Quick shipping, reasonable price.

Faulty product

Didnt own the product for less than a year and all the blades stopped working because of a design flaw. I got the usual "the product was manufactured in 2013 so it's no longer covered", as if its the clients fault for knowing when a product was manufactuted. Then I had to pay money to extend the warranty on the magic bullet so that I could get replacement parts. Theses parts costing almost as much as a brand new machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a good product, but it doesn't feel reliable on the long run. Seems to break quite easily.
