I miss my magic bullet!

I originally bought 2 magic bullets years ago before you got so big. I ordered them from the TV...and...am probably one of the first to have it.
This is probably the best food processing item I ever bought...
I still have both boxes filled with the cups the juicer, the blades and the booklet. The problem is that the bottom motor part of the sets are not working....so...now after ALL THE YEARS of loving the original magic bullet I can't.
TO ANY ONE READING THIS...PLEASE GIVE ME A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER...have been looking on line for one and as yet haven't found the number.
I TRULLY MISS MY MAGIC BULLET!!

Was so useful in the firsg couple months then the blade started to grind and create a white powdery dust. I bought another one that i experienced the same problem with within 4 months

Doesn't work with frozen fruit...

I received this product, brand new, for Christmas. I used it for the first time today to make a smoothie and it could not blend frozen mango and took much longer than the promised fifteen seconds to blend it all. Even after blending for around a minute, there were still large chunks of mango in my smoothie. It was pretty disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The guy who helped me on the phone was great. I had to order a new unit because mine had died, but I have used it everyday for 2+ years. I also ordered new blades, which should help. It should be arriving in a few days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used it 5-7 min a week for less than a year. It started leaking from under the rotating shaft. The most important part of the unit is poorly made. The rubber gasket does not look reliable either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement parts

I had to order replacement parts and since my machine was still under warranty I only paid for shipping. I was disappointed how quickly the parts broke however. I only bought it six months ago.

I purchased this basically for smoothies. Forget about blending frozen fruits, they need to be defrosted and definitely don't even think about ice cubes. Good for blending room temp products. Most definitely would not recommend. Too late to return.
