Auto Empty Not Worth It

While I'm sure the vacuum works great, the "auto empty" feature adds a lot of weight and size to the charging stand. Compare the dimensions carefully (I wish I had.). The "auto empty" feature is not worth it to me, so I'm returning. Will look into a model w/out it.

Battery isn’t good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited when i saw the commercial for this vacuum. I have an LG washer and dryer and have loved it. I’ve bought numerous cordless vacuums and the batteries never seem to last long enough straight out of the box. I have a roborock self vacuum/mop that does the heavy lifting, but was looking for a cordless vacuum to dust cobwebs and spot vacuum. Highly disappointed in the battery charge of this. I spot vacuumed my laundry room and and tried to vacuum cob webs on the first floor of my 2588 sq. ft. House and the battery died before i finished. I realize there’s a second battery, but my second floor is straight carpet so it won’t finish it all. Highly disappointed for the price i paid. Won’t be buying LG again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best vacuum I've ever used. Setup took all of 5-10mins and is an easy one person job. It's so easy to place and take out of charging station. I absolutely love how easy it is to empty out the waste bin. My carpet looks much brighter and I DON'T HAVE TO SWEEP OVER THE SAME AREA more than ONCE!!!! You can change from regular suction to turbo if you need a little bit more power which is a major plus. I've also used on my kitchen flooring which also does an amazing job. I cleaned by steps which can really take a lot of energy, but not with this vacuum. It's very light and functional that it did each step with only one hand and didn't have to fumble around with the cord. Upon setup, I charged for about an hour before my first use and was beyond amazed with the results. If you like a thorough cleaning that doesn't require manual labor.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Satisfied Customer
