I bought this to feed our 2 cats while we were on a short vacation to ease the work of my catsitters. I bought it based on the price and positive reviews. The set up was moderately complicated, but it worked on the first try so just be sure to read the directions thoroughly. On the device, it says it can only process food under 0.3 inches in diameter? But my kibble is mixed sizes and even those that are slightly larger than recommended go through and it doesn't get jammed. They should have had this information more readily available on the specifications page - at the time, I didn't know this was a criteria to look for. Still, I am using the timer function even though I am back from holiday because it makes life easier. I would recommend this feeder.
I would recommend this to a friend!
