This machine is awful for me

My grandmother loves hers, but I think mine is defective, it doesn’t work well. I have to fix a problem every 2 minutes at most, on avg every 30 seconds. Everything in me wants to break this machine, but I’d rather send it back and get money, although destruction would be much more satisfying. I am not new to sewing, I’d say I’m about average at it, but this 1 hour long project has already taken me weeks because I hate this machine and don’t want to use it, because stops working every single minute.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sewing is so easy with this machine

I used my mother's very old singer sewing machine for 20+ years after she owned it for probably 30+ years. When it was time for a new one, I only wanted a Singer. I wanted a machine that had the basics, and purchased this one. It sews effortlessly, handles denim and other thick fabrics great, and has so many features for the price.

Love this machine! I’ve been wanting this machine for months but ever since the pandemic I wasn’t able to get one until now. I kid you not this machine sews like butter and hardly makes any noise to bother anyone. I absolutely love this purchase. The only issue I have with this machine is the needle being just a bit crooked. To get it centered I have to move the needle position all the way to the right and the automatic needle threader still won’t work because of the crooked needle. I have to manually thread the machine myself. I’m still happy with the overall performance of this machine.
