The buttonholes is plastic. And the machine does not come with a manual, which is ridiculous. You can get the manual on the internet, and download it, but what if the new owner doesn’t have a computer? Other than that, I like the machine.

I had to replace my older Singer, which I love. I looked over all the new Singer machines and didn't really like any of them. I knew I didn't want a computerized one. I decided on the 4432 model. I'm really surprised. So far it is a lot more than I expected. It is a little noisy and the buttonhole attachment is going to take some time to get used to.
