Description states it's scratch resistant. It is NOT. I got my iPhone 13 pro on Monday and put this case on the same day. On Thursday, I noticed 2 scratches, 1 was deeper than the other. I don't have the screen protection on the phone yet, so I'm very careful with my phone, plus, I work remote. I haven't stepped out of the house since I got the phone. This is my 2nd Tech 21 case. My original one for my iPhone XS lasted over 3 years and has minimal scratches and that phone has been dropped multiple times. This clear case isn't the same quality as my 1st case. I have no doubt in the drop protection. It would have been nice to have a case that doesn't scratch easily.

Had a similar clear case for my previous iPhone from Tech21, and the quality was amazing as my phone never had a crack. Due to it's durability, I just had to buy a new clear case for my new phone, as I know I can trust it's quality!

If you are serious about protecting your device and also do not want to encase the phone in an ugly box, then the Tech 21 is the only solution! My amazing thin, hardly there case, always protects my phone when its been dropped! There is not a better case on the market if you want style and protection together. Tech 21 is the best.

Ive used Tech21 to protect my last few phones. Loved every product. On the first day of use, my phone slid off my desk (on the back) and left substantial scratches. Expected better. Also be aware the "band" around the camera is really big.

Everything is really good, as for some things I have noticed:
- slightly blue tint, not a huge deal, if that will prevent yellowing
- the buttons are more clicky than the 13 Pro Max version of that case
- a little bit loose on the sides, but nothing major

Great case ! Fits my iPhone 13 Pro nicely.
I have been using Tech21 cases for over 6 years now and they always protect my phone. I have never had a broken screen or damaged phone.
