Great addition to my home gym. It's not bulky and easy to move around. I'm 5'3 and 120lbs and have no problems using this. Highly recommend.

Sturdy

I am not a small person so I wanted to get something that would be reasonably sturdy because I am not trying to injure myself. After a couple of uses I've concluded that this roman chair feels pretty sturdy and I am hopeful it will work well.

Good for lower back workouts

This roman chair comes with 2 open end combo 14mm & 17mm wrenches to help you set up. It's fairly sturdy and should handle over 200 lbs. I'm 5'6__quote__ 175lbs and it fits me well and I get a good lower back workout. I really like the 1 piece pad so you can do side crunches comfortably.
