I absolutely love it!! I

I absolutely love it!! I am old n out of shape so I don't stay on it long but I do 25-50 reps on it then get off for a while. All totalled I am on it about 5-6 times a day. I can feel the muscle burn. Very wise purchase and it wasn't overly expensive. Highly recommend this product.

Just the right size for my limited space. I especially like the adjustable resistance bands as I get more accustomed to it. I’m very glad I bought it!

The row-n-ride is easy to use for someone at age 64. For an effecting machine, your able to store it easily and not in the way when not in use.
