Helps with proper form

Bought this last month because I've always had trouble doing squats due to balance problems. I love that I can keep a proper form with this machine and have felt my core muscles becoming stronger and more tone. Best gift to myself so far.

Love this piece of equipment. Not only does it work your glutes but also your calves, shoulders, arms and core. You'll feel the burn as well as an elevated heart rate after every set. Worth every penny!

Good workout

I use the Row & Ride along with my Sunny Rower (the cheapest rower they have, got it in January 2019) and like them both. Both are very portable and easy the store. Both are well mad and a good value for the money. Good work out, and though I've only been using the Row & Ride for a month I'm seeing and feeling results. I liked the results of the little rower I'd used over 6 months), but the combo made a real difference.
I plan on adding another Sunny product to my routine in the future, but haven't decided what yet.
Shipping, product performance and price are all winners in my opinion. Get one and tone that body of yours!

I just purchased this machine. It's very easy to use and I love the full workout I get. It doesn't take long to get in a 100 squats a day. I really like how the machine counts the number of squats you do.

I LOVE this machine. It is very heavy and solid, yet its very easy for me to move when I need to.
And it is a really hard workout. My husband did 3 reps with all the bands and was breathing hard.
This is very easy to put together, just a few minutes.

affordable and it works! I get a great work out in my upper and lower body from this machine I'm so glad I purchased this! I use it 3-4 times a week along with my weights and treadmill but this machine kicks my butt and will definitely help you tone. I will be buying more sunny products.
