Love it!!! Can go at my own pace. Can adjust settings so I am comfortable and not hurting since I have a couple of health issues. It lives up to how it is presented.

I love this....it was easy to put together!! Gives a good workout whether you are a beginner or a person that has been working out for years. I would recommend it to anyone!!

My husband just put this together for me.it took him 10 min or less.i put one band on it and did 30 reps and I could definitely feel it in my legs and abs.works very smooth.i am so happy with it.thsnk you.

Full Body Workout!

So Folks, I received my Row and Ride today. I gotta say, I love it. Its very easy to assemble, and it comes with the two tools needed for assembly. It took me about 10 minutes to put it together. Now, so I figured I would be able to hop on and get at least 10 minutes in non stop. Nope, could only row about 20 times and I must say, I was worn out. My whole body was feeling it. I have decided since I am just getting started, I will do repetition instead of time. Once I can get over 100 reps in nonstop, then I will start timing myself. So total today, I did about 80 reps split into 4 sets. I feel it! It is indeed a total body workout, and its not too hard on my knees. Trust me, it works. I'm sore!!!

The machine is awesome but my meter does not work. Putting the machine together was easy and non complicated. It's light weight and you can put it away easily. I enjoy the workout.
