At last! the equipment I've needed is here. I __quote__feel__quote__ the workout, but it's not so stressful I quit. I __quote__get to__quote__ use it everyday. Makes no noise; so TV can distract. (Also love how it folds up and stands in the corner till tomorrow.) _x000D_

The rower was easy to assemble and was a great addition to my home gym. It gives me a great shoulder, arms, back, legs, and core workout and can easily be folded for storage or transport. The overall value of the rower makes it affordable for anyone looking to add to their equipment.

The workouts are amazing. They have a whole collection of workouts for this machine. Some of them are easy and some pretty challenging but it's so worth it! I'm already seeing improvements in my glutes and thighs. LOVE IT!

It took me a few tries to get the form down right but once you got it down you can feel it shaping your lower body. It honestly burns so good. This has been the best purchase I've made all year.
