Super easy to assemble I enjoy the workout I was hesitant to purchase this because I was afraid it would be poorly made BUT I was so wrong it was soooo worth it!

Love this!! Finally a piece of exercise equipment I actually want to use! This one has adjustable tension levels on it which makes for a great workout! It was very easy to assemble as well! Very happy with this purchase!

A great addition to my Sunny Fitness spinning bike routine. I like the articles and videos for guidance. Takes some learning, but this row n ride machine is easy to use and worth every penny considering it was on sale. It also folds up nicely for storge.
