Just starting to use because I received it last week. Need some guidance for exercise. I went online and I didn't see this machine. It would be nice if there was a dvd.

Great Workout

The rowing machine is compact and easy to pick up and move. It is sturdy while using it. I was able to assemble it completely on my own in about 30 minutes. I recommend watching the workout videos on the website. I didn't know there were so many different ways to use this rowing machine. I am sore in my legs, arms, and stomach!
