Good workout

You can do several different workouts with this piece of equipment. Easy to set up and use. Like the workout videos and proper posture on the unit. I can really feel it in my abs.

Great! I overdid it at first and had a sore knee. Then I continued to use theachine, just didn't squat all the way. Now I'm back to the full squat, and it's showing!

For years I've had trouble with sacroilliitis, sacrococcygeal pain and pinched nerves in my low back with pain down my legs. When I received my Upright Row and Ride I was having a flare up of these regions and within using the machine twice almost all my discomfort had lessened. At the end of the first week, using it daily, I was walking without pain and was not limping; first time in what seems like forever. I am impressed and thoroughly recommend this machine. PS: I received no compensation for this review!

Upright Row -N- Ride Rowing Machine

This machine is great, it's was very easy to assemble. once I got on I did not want to get off I felt the burn in my arm, legs and my back. I would recommend this machine to all my friends and colleagues.
