I purchased this looking an alternative to being in the gym during covid. It shipped quickly, easy to assemble, and you can feel the burn from work outs. So far I'm impressed.

This was easy to assemble, once I found the You Tube video. It is easy to use and is comfortable on my knees, which bother me doing squats. There are TONS of videos on You Tube with different workouts. I've very happy with my purchase!! Get Riding!!

PERFECT

I have been using mine now for a couple weeks and can already feel and see a difference in my body. I used to be a running but with an injury I had, running just isn't an option for me anymore and this machine has helped tremendously. I normally work out twice a day - 50 squats in the morning and 50 squats at night.

I wish there was a video on making sure I have the correct seat and handlebar position. I am concerned that I am straining my back also. Not confident that am am in the proper position for using this exercise machine
