The row n ride is great. It was easy to put together and it stores a way nicely.
The work out I get following the YouTube videos is terrific. However. I am still trying to find videos for working abs as well as glutes.
But all in all I think this is going to really help me get back into shape after not being able to get to the gym for two years.

Great little machine...came 95% assembled...assembly was a success (just don't pay attention to the graph showing all the screw parts)...does what it states it will do by working the muscles...5 mins on it and i can tell where the muscles were put into use.

My husband put this together for me today. He had all three bands hooked up. I told him I didn't think I could do it with all three bands. I had read all the reviews about how hard one band was. I got on it and started using it. I am very disappointed in the lack of resistance with all three bands. I don't know if I was doing it wrong or what, but not super happy with it at the moment. I will try some of the videos I see on Youtube and see if that helps. I'm sure it will be a decent cardio work out, but I expected more resistance.
I have no intention of returning it. So I will use it and come back and review it again and hopefully give it more stars. Right now I can only give it one star.
