Love this equipment. Works out your whole body. Easy to assemble. Easy to read instructions. I did it all by myself without my husband help. Love that it holds up for easy storage, but still durable. Sold equipment.

I hurt my knee and have not been able to perform regular squats while working out. I purchased this in the hope that it would help keep my quads in shape and I am pleased to say that it is working. It was easy to put together and it has three different band levels you can attach for greater or lesser resistance. Happy with this purchase so far.

Resistance bands break down too fast

I bought this at the beginning of the pandemic when gyms closed down. I faithfully used it daily for about 5 minutes (or 150 squats) along with doing yoga and workout videos. My biggest issue is with the design of the machine and resistance bands which are what makes the machine works: the design and placement is such that repeated use breaks down the bands necessitating replacement. I got replacement bands from Sunny less than a year ago and the replacements are already about to wear out. Replacing the bands yearly (cost of bands + exorbitant shipping) means that the cost of resistance bands will be more than I spent on the machine by next year. Which is ridiculous! They really should redesign the machine to eliminate the friction wearing out the bands so quickly. Also if I pay for a replacement part, it should have a year warranty at the very least. Wearing out after less than 9 months is outrageous.

Great for apartment

I am enjoying the Upright Row-N-Ride Rowing Machine to great extent. Living in an apartment during the winter this machine has gotten me ready for the spring weather and making the stairs easily to walk again. Love enjoying life again!

Love This Machine!

I've had this for about 2 months and I absolutely love it! It's so inexpensive but really packs a punch work out wise...you can really feel the burn and can get a good workout using this. Do yourself a favor if you buy this, dont bother with the assembly instructions that come with it, search on YouTube for assembly instructions for this specific machine (there are many videos to choose from) and follow those. I was very intimidated when I looked at the instructions that came in the box until I found a video on YouTube and then it literally took me 15 minutes to put together. It was so easy when you are watching someone show you exactly how to do it. In any case, I would recommend this machine to add to anyone's home exercise routine. I love it so much and sometimes use it 2 times a day while watching TV. Also, on YouTube there a workouts to follow for this specific machine as well and they are fun and help mix things up a bit. Thanks Sunny for such a great product!
