Can get a good stretch

The only thing I, personally have an issue with, getting off the table. I don't have the dexterity or strength to sit up after stretching. I'm sure my strength will come back once I've gotten a little better.

Find it hard to turn

Find it hard to turn the crank by yourself with the padded rest in your armpit. It's easier with two people. Also wish there was a head restraint then you could get full back / neck tension release. Only works for lower back. Lower back relief works good though. And it is constructed well.

I love it but, right after I purchased it I saw that you have one that has longer legs. I really wish that I would have gotten the one with the longer legs. It is hard to get standing back up after using it. But it does help my lower back. Do you guys sell leg extensions for the one I purchased? If so I need them.

Just ok and not much decompression in my opinion. Price is high for build quality as well. Family was excited for this but has been a disappointment overall for us unfortunately.

Good product - Parts need review by manufacturer

The small screw that holds the crank wheel broke inside the metal rod that it attaches to. I was able to purchase another screw at the local hardware store but could only screw it in so far, so it’s not snug. I didn’t want to return the item just for that, so I’m just using it as is because I need the relief. The rod is part of the table so I can’t remove it. Do you sell relplacement parts? Specifically the mechanism under the table.
