Generally pretty good

It seems to work correctly. Was fairly easy to assemble. I wish that the padding on the bench was a little thicker, same with the foam rollers. When the stretching begins it is fine on my back, but the foot holder bars hurt the top of my feet. Perhaps a thicker foam roller would help.

Does not work well

Purchased table assembled it same day it arrived no issues I tried all rhe positions the app said to but nothing worked due to my height or body ratio by the time my body started to feel (stretched) it was maxed out then tried it with my wife to see if it would at least work for her it only made it worse for her then tried to return the product however how I had to open the foam pad bag I could not return and was only offered 15%

Missing parts

It came missing plastic end caps so i can put it on my floor . the caps for the legs one was damages and one missing . Can use it It would danage my hardwood floors

Honestly it’s built well and it’s a good idea and it may help others. Myself, it seems like I’m not strapped well enough to keep myself from sliding down the machine
