I was needing something to get me back into exercise. This machine will get your heart pumping in a hurry. There are also YouTube videos to help you along. So far so good!

Love it!!! Can go at my own pace. Can adjust settings so I am comfortable and not hurting since I have a couple of health issues. It lives up to how it is presented.

I love this....it was easy to put together!! Gives a good workout whether you are a beginner or a person that has been working out for years. I would recommend it to anyone!!

My husband just put this together for me.it took him 10 min or less.i put one band on it and did 30 reps and I could definitely feel it in my legs and abs.works very smooth.i am so happy with it.thsnk you.
