Solid Equipment

This piece of equipment is extremely light and very easy to move, while being extremely well made and solid. Love that it folds up and saves space when not in use as well, Very effective - consider myself healthy and in fairly good shape but used this for 10 minutes the first day and definitely sore the next couple of days - which tells me this will be a very effective addition to my daily workout. _x000D_

I love my Upright Row-N-Ride Rowing Machine. I can feel it working my whole body in just 10 mins. I noticed great results in my thighs and back. I been watching their Youtube videos and I really like them. Easy to assemble and I super easy to storage it in my closet or under my bed.

like the product but assembly directions should be more detailed

Assembly directions need to indicate direction bolts should be inserted.... Realized I had bolts that attach 2 base bars to the machine body bolt-side down instead of up when base bars came loose from frame after i used the bike a few times.

So far, REAL good!

It's only been a few days, but I'm loving it! I had a total need replacement a coupla years ago & need to strengthen my quads to give me better balance. I'm already climbing stairs better. Starting off with 5 mins with no resistance bands and will work my way up. Will come back with an update the more I use it.

I was feeling the burn after 10 mins. Hubby thought I was weak since I haven't gone to the gym in a while so he gave it a try and had his butt kicked too. Needless to say we both love it and are excited to add this to our new workout routine!!
