The workouts are amazing. They have a whole collection of workouts for this machine. Some of them are easy and some pretty challenging but it's so worth it! I'm already seeing improvements in my glutes and thighs. LOVE IT!

It took me a few tries to get the form down right but once you got it down you can feel it shaping your lower body. It honestly burns so good. This has been the best purchase I've made all year.

Very fun workouts

This is one of the most fun workouts I've done ever! I had to work my way up using the bands but whew, this machine is a beast! It'll get you sweating and sore and feeling great!
