A great addition to my Sunny Fitness spinning bike routine. I like the articles and videos for guidance. Takes some learning, but this row n ride machine is easy to use and worth every penny considering it was on sale. It also folds up nicely for storge.

At last! the equipment I've needed is here. I __quote__feel__quote__ the workout, but it's not so stressful I quit. I __quote__get to__quote__ use it everyday. Makes no noise; so TV can distract. (Also love how it folds up and stands in the corner till tomorrow.) _x000D_

The rower was easy to assemble and was a great addition to my home gym. It gives me a great shoulder, arms, back, legs, and core workout and can easily be folded for storage or transport. The overall value of the rower makes it affordable for anyone looking to add to their equipment.
