I really like this machine, if you add less resistance, you can row for an extended time for cardio, if you add max resistance, it's quite a work out, then I do reps of 25..challenging and definately toning, I am very happy with this. Good buy.

I was so shocked at how easy to put together. It's very sturdy and very easy to use and adjust to what height you want as well as resistance. I'm extremely happy that I purchased this row-er.

Great Workout

The rowing machine is compact and easy to pick up and move. It is sturdy while using it. I was able to assemble it completely on my own in about 30 minutes. I recommend watching the workout videos on the website. I didn't know there were so many different ways to use this rowing machine. I am sore in my legs, arms, and stomach!
