I have been using this machine almost every day since January and it has changed my rear end and thighs completely...I have no cellulite my bum is lifted and looks great! My thighs are nice and toned. I just ordered the new Pro one and I hope it's even better than this one I cannot wait to start it! I love Sunny health equipment! I have several machines!

Very good I'm happy with it but I get real sore because I have a lot of arthritis and I'm 66 years old and had a knee replacement but I do like it

The machine is light weight, but very sturdy. I am 63 years old, but very active. I started with 150 reps, then take a rest for a few minutes. after a few weeks I am now up to 500 reps, with breaks in between. Soon I will be ready to do the online videos to change it up! Also feeling better and more energy.

I use this machine every other day. I have definitely firmed up and lost some weight as well. It is a great all body workout machine, sturdy and great for small spaces.

I alternate days with my stationary bike. I love it. I don't have room for a big bulky rowing machine so this is working fine for me.
