I absolutely love the Upright

I absolutely love the Upright row and ride. It's perfect size it fits right in my closet.. I pop on YouTube and pick any workout that I want and there is a variety of them. The workouts are great and if it's my schedule. I can hop on for 5 minutes or 20 minutes.

I'm enjoying getting to know my machine. It was easy to assemble. It's not a complicated piece of equipment. Great for beginners! The price is affordable too. I look forward to getting in shape. Great investment!

The row n ride is great. It was easy to put together and it stores a way nicely.
The work out I get following the YouTube videos is terrific. However. I am still trying to find videos for working abs as well as glutes.
But all in all I think this is going to really help me get back into shape after not being able to get to the gym for two years.

Great little machine...great buy.

Great little machine...came 95% assembled...assembly was a success (just don't pay attention to the graph showing all the screw parts)...does what it states it will do by working the muscles...5 mins on it and i can tell where the muscles were put into use.
