The Row N Ride firs perfectly into my front room and when folded it fits well against a wall. I am able to also utilize it while in my bedroom in a very space space area in front of a dresser and televeison..it has made me realize that I ha e back muscles and stomach muscles that I don't engage in a regular basis..I have used for 2 weeks for 15-20 mins a day and I am pleased with the muscle strain that is happening as well as following the YouTube videos to give me help in how to utilize The Row N Ride to best of it capabilities.

Love this equipment. Works out your whole body. Easy to assemble. Easy to read instructions. I did it all by myself without my husband help. Love that it holds up for easy storage, but still durable. Sold equipment.

I hurt my knee and have not been able to perform regular squats while working out. I purchased this in the hope that it would help keep my quads in shape and I am pleased to say that it is working. It was easy to put together and it has three different band levels you can attach for greater or lesser resistance. Happy with this purchase so far.
