So far so good :+1: I got it in the mail rather fast. I’ve had it for about a week and used it every day. The first day I used it I was so sore the following day. Great workout can definitely feel the burn! Can’t wait to see results

I recommend this squat machine! It hurts so good! And it's a lot cheaper than the DM Method. Does the same thing . Love, love, love it!!!

I just received my machine

I just received my machine about a week ago and I have used it 4 times. It is amazing, I was sore all over from head to toe, not to the point that it was painful but that I knew the workout is working. I also work out at the gym 3 days a week so I was a little skeptical that I would be able to feel any soreness. Well I did and truthfully I rather do this machine than a full body workout at the gym. I am so excited to see the results I get after a full month of workouts.

I really love it. Having knee problems and trying to do squats was painful but with this row and ride I’m able to exercise and not be in pain

I’m really happy with the lower workouts. Wish the videos would show different ways you hold handle bars and what muscles it’s working out. I’ve seen the ones where you get off and use the seat, would like to know what exactly muscles I’m working out. Im very happy with my purchase.

Good workout machine it targets everything they said it'll target. I feel the burn within 2 minutes now my challenge is to last 30min lol. Overall I love it I have bad knees this helps less pressure on them...I hope to shape tone my body . Thank you
