One question

Really like the machine, but I have one question. My husband has my seat set to sit straight across so I don’t squat too hard! I’m exhausted when I use it, but am wondering if this is helping my abs at all??

Exciting about exercise again

I had knee surgery a year ago and PT was a hit amd miss. My legs got so weak. I am glad I bought RNR machine. There is not knee pain afterwards and my lower body is getting stronger. I am not done with the 30 days challenge but I look forward to get on it each day.
