The day I received it my husband and I put it together. I think I overdid it because I was sore for 4 days! I am taking it slower now and just doing the easy workout for the first few times. Today I am going to try the Medium intensity workout from your website.

This little machine may look deceiving but it delivers quite an amazingly effective work out. I've had it now for a month and use it up to 40 mins every other day and I not only see a difference in my quads and glutes but I feel better, and have more energy after i've used it. Its a real workout! At first I could barely do 20 mins with no tension bands, im up to 40 mins on the lowest band (22lbs). It gets your heart rate pumping and it uses both your upper and lower body simultaneously. You can adjust the handlebars and seat to target different areas. I contemplated purchasing this for a long time now I wish I would have upgraded to the advanced model...nontheless, this machine allows you to grow into it and customize a workout for where ever you're at fitness wise. Best decision ever!!!

So far it's a great machine. Easy on the knees and you can adjust the tension. You can go slow or fast, you make it fit your ability.
