Easy to assemble thanks to YouTube video instructions. I started out slowly to build up my strength and endurance. I also like the video exercise routines.

I’m in my sixties and this machine keeps me moving without any added stress to my back. Im starting slowly and with only slight tension, but I can see myself getting stronger, and I can’t wait to see my body looking more tone in a few months. I’m really enjoying it. Good investment for the money.

I love it. I would’ve like to have found it sooner. It would be nice to come out with different levels of resistance bands. Nonetheless, it’s my go to before walking my dogs.

I like the machine so far, and it wasn't too difficult to assemble once I found a video. The written instructions weren't as helpful. My only negative comment is that there isn't much information on adjusting the settings for my height, proper form, etc.

Upright Row-N-Ride

Set up was almost easy....they sent in to me with one of the parts put on backwards and it was a pain in the rear end to get it off and put back on the right way very annoying. After finally getting it put together I was too tired to even try it. Hoping this machine will work well

I love this machine! I honestly can’t believe how affordable it was. It’s such a good workout to supplement other cardio and I’m already seeing results from the equipment. I hop on it for a few minutes at a time during my work days and it’s such a great way to move the body, especially now when it’s so cold outside. Highly recommend!!
