Otterspot gives me the flexibility of charging multiple devices with fewer cables, which is amazing considering we are in the wireless age with so many wires. Fast charge and portable makes this my new favorite Otterbox product to date.

I bought this about three weeks ago and couldn’t be happier so far. Charger pack will charge my IPhone 12 four times before needing to be recharged itself. It seamlessly locks onto the base with ease.

Products best attribute is you can charge one phone for every stackable you have. After charging, they stack uniformily atop each other for recharging. Product only received 4 stars as it takes multiple positionings to find the charge sweet spot with the defender case. Non-related item of note; the magsafe halo lock does not work with defender.

I love the wireless portable chargers no more fighting over who uses the couch charger just grab the wireless charger and put it next to me and I charge my phone. If I need to leave to another room or move seats I can just take it with me and it still charges my phone it’s awesome. The only thing is they do slow charge but it still keeps your phone alive until you can get to an actual wall outlet so you don’t have to worry about it dying.

-I bought the wired charger online but the battery wasn't available from OtterBox for months
-I couldn't simply put the phone on the battery for overnight charging; you have to press a tiny button to get it to charge... not what you want to do as you're drifting off to sleep
-When I called about returning it, the company couldn't find my order
-I had to wait a week for to get an RNA number.
