Battery works great plugged in.... the magsafe case has issues with this charger. Have to try multiple times to try to get it aligned. My wife's magnetic charger auto aligned and has no issue with my case....oh well.

This is a well built product. Your phone has to be placed in the EXACT correct spot for it to charge, however.

When I first received the wireless charger it worked properly. After several days it seemed impossible to position the phone on the charger so that it charged properly. Unsure what is happening or what I may be doing wrong.
