Charger is just as described. Works with defender case on. Second puck goes with you, small and travels well. Phone connects easy to charger when placed instead on having to find the sweet spot like other chargers.
The OtterSpot Wireless Charging System is not what I expected. It slowly charges my S21 Ultra 5G device. Moreover, it does not have a tilting option whereas I can watch a show while it charges. It does charge through protective cases and extra batteries. It is an average product. I expect better from Otter. At least, it charges through protective cases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is a pain in the neck. It is slow at charging if you can get it to charge. Unless your phone is PERFECTLY placed on the charging pad (Seriously, you can't be even 1 micron off target), the charging will be interrupted and you have to pick the phone up, wait for it to stop flashing and start again. I think I have been successful at charging completely once or twice out of at least a few dozen attempts.
Also, your picture is misleading. There was only 1 disk sent to me, not 2.

I bought this and thought it would work with my otter defender. It does not . I tried other magnetic chargers. None worked! When I found out that Otter made a magnetic charger I thought surely it would work. It does not. It charges but you have to take it away from the protection that Otter is famous. DON’T PURCHASE for charging with an Otter Defender!!!

I thought I purchased a premium product but got a decidedly inferior product. Doesn’t charge even all night long. I’ll never buy an Otterbox product again.
