Computer was decent ViprTech not so much.

Got my computer pretty quickly, came earlier than expected which was nice. But after almost a month of using it I found that anytime I plugged a usb into the top ports it would restart my computer which was odd and obviously not normal. So I contacted ViprTech and I returned it to them for fixing. They recieved it on Dec 11th at 11:13 AM so they’ve had my computer for over a month and I’ve been without a computer for two months, I’ve had zero updates. I’ve emailed twice to get updates and on the third email finally got someone saying they’ll reach out to the repair/replacement team to see what’s wrong. That was two days ago and still no update. For the price I paid I was hoping I wouldn’t have any issues but here we are. Don’t waste your time. The computer does run really good and stuff but with how poorly the ViprTech team has been with me I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself a headache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
