New range

Got my new range and while I am excited about it I am cautious. The smaller side bulb doesn’t light up and I’m finding that my oven is about 25-50 degrees off. I am going to reach out to the company and see how they are going to handle these issues. I love the looks and am trusting that the company will stand behind their product 100% . I would recommend to a friend once the company remedies the issues . I have already placed one call in for assistance and am waiting for a call back now for about a week.

I LOOKED AT A FEW RANGES AND WAS DRWAN TO KUCHTS FEATURES AND BURNER POWER. WARRANTY AND COST WERE A BONUS. I LOVE THIS RANGE!

We purchased a 48" range and 48" range hood for a new house we are building. I am excited about the fact that the range is all mechanical with no circuit boards to go out. Added plus, everything comes with a 4-year warranty. Looks stunning.
