Great chair and customer service

The chair is for my 83 mother and she loves. Due to back issues she has a hard time sleeping in a bed so this is now where she sleeps. We actually bought two of these, one for her house and the other for when she visits us. Ours has the heat and massage features as well.
We had a problem with our power supply/adapter for the heat/massage function where the cord had cut cut due to running it through the chair mechanism. We contacted customer support and were told they don't sell parts at least not currently. But they offered to cover in under warranty since we had the chair less than 1 year. The part arrived within a week and they even paid the shipping. A++++

This chair actually fits me, I'm 5'2". Comfortable and easy to operate. Nice chair! This could use more lumbar support though.

This chair is just what my wife needed. The lift and recline functions work great. The lift especially is just what she needed. The chair is compact and very well made. It is also an attractive piece of furniture.

I like the chair because it allows me to get off the chair without any help due to my illness. It is comfortable and small and this is a plus for us because of the small space we have.
