This chair is just what my wife needed. The lift and recline functions work great. The lift especially is just what she needed. The chair is compact and very well made. It is also an attractive piece of furniture.

A lifesaver after neck surgery!

A little smaller than expected but it was great for getting up and down after neck surgery. Arrived quickly, easy assembly, and Definitely worth the money!

Great chair and customer service

The chair is for my 83 mother and she loves. Due to back issues she has a hard time sleeping in a bed so this is now where she sleeps. We actually bought two of these, one for her house and the other for when she visits us. Ours has the heat and massage features as well.
We had a problem with our power supply/adapter for the heat/massage function where the cord had cut cut due to running it through the chair mechanism. We contacted customer support and were told they don't sell parts at least not currently. But they offered to cover in under warranty since we had the chair less than 1 year. The part arrived within a week and they even paid the shipping. A++++

I am not satisfied with how I received my package the merchandise was not completely packaged in the box and the way the company delivered my package was wet and damaged. they left my package on my porch in the rain not to mention this was an electrical lift chair I'm so disappointed if I had gotten home a little bit later the whole box would have been completely ruined. I would do more business with them long as its not raining and thank god my chai works and I didn't get shocked when i plugged it up
