New KFX360

I got KFX360 a month ago but due to the renovation of the kitchen I was able to use it only recently. The gas range is beautiful and matched good with our new kitchen. However the electrical igniters at two 21k BTU burners keep clicking even after the burners have flame and continue until the burners are turned off. I am in contact with Kucht to fix this problem and will update the situation later. The other four burners work good. Besides that problem I am satisfied with the purchase.

Bought this a couple months ago as part of a kitchen remodel along with a hood and a dishwasher. Looks absolutely amazing in our kitchen.

Beautiful, but having igniter issues less than a year in.

Also the oven steams up, seems to not be properly ventilated. This was purchased for a client and is making us look unprofessional. Oven section is not lighting up, just the broiler. Unplugged the unit and then it started working again, only to fail later that evening again. Will have to order some goiter and regulate to keep on hand. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago and just had installed last week so have not used much but it is a beautiful range and so far am very pleased. The griddle was not included but am currently working with customer service and so far they have been responsive.
