Impressive for the price!

Very comfy. This chair works great! No sticking when using the recliner. My only gripe is the wood which is very cherry. I purchased insurance but doubt I will even need it.

Horrible Chairs

These chairs are EXTREMELY uncomfortable to set in!! There is NO PADDING on the armrest corners so your legs rest against the faux leather bound wood! The seat padding is almost non-existent!! You cannot sit in the chairs for very long without feeling as if you are sitting on bricks!! The locking mechanisms do no work. DO NOT BUY THESE CHAIRS!!!!

Assembly Frustration

I used to assemble chairs from Office Depot at work for a floor of 80* employees. I thought I would have no problem. WRONG!!! Sooooo frustrating!!!! I thought I was going to throw the chair out the window. I still have one part that I cannot install. It just won’t thread into the assigned hole. There’s a mirror part on the opposite side so I know where it’s SUPPOSED to go.. The faux wood base/swivel was damaged badly in two places. I’m sure it was the shippers fault but the packaging needs to be improved upon. I colored the chipped base damage in with a black marker and I’m depending on the one installed piece to do the job of the two provided. Shouldn’t be that way. DISAPPOINTED!!!
