Everything is great, just wish

Everything is great, just wish the coldest setting can be lower than 55 degrees.
Also the water dispens a little faster and not splashing so much.
Anyway, this is a great purchase this year for the family knowing we are drinking cleaner water. Thank you so much.

Since we moved in to our new home we have been drinking bottled water, because we do not care for the city water. The WaterDrop filter has made a huge difference, and we are no longer drinking bottled water.

I love the that I can use the canister or fill my cup separately. It is great that I refill the water tank and it automatically fills the canister. It is a little loud though.

The product is good. It has some positive features but also areas that need improvement. It filters water well and heats it nicely. I appreciate the child safety feature. However, the hardware could be better. It does not produce real cold water; instead, the water is at room temperature. Sometimes, it is difficult to place the tank correctly; if you don't pay attention, it can leak. Additionally, you need to discard the water multiple times, which is time-consuming.

I love this Reverse Osmosis

I love this Reverse Osmosis water filter system from Waterdrop! The positives are the wonderful taste, ease of use, and quiet operation. The only thing is that it does that may bother some is that it does have normal operational sounds. We don't find them intrusive, but some may. An obvious effort has been made to make those operational sounds as quiet as possible. We truly love 鉂わ笍 the unit and are happy we made the purchase!

Great tasting water but has a

Great tasting water but has a weird design flaw where if the water in the reservoir goes lower then like 30% the machine wont function and you have to fill it up and lift it off its base, place it back down and it starts working again
